Hello out there?
It's been far too long since a post has been made here, partially because life has just taken over. The blessing of employment was finally realized (Thank God) and I'm elated to finally be gaining some leeway in life. Feels like "the baby" of the family is finally growing up a bit. The course is being mapped for my future and everything looks so...bright. 2011 has come in and the one thing that I can say is that...surprise! I wasn't ready! 2010 was so amazing, so awesome that I don't think I was
quite ready for it to leave yet. But on the other side of 2011, I'm filled with an exuberant joy! I can't say that I'm shying away from a new year, as I'm so accustomed to doing. I'm one of those people who fears the new and unknown because of its mystery. But now, I'm looking at this new year with new eyes. It's not scary...it's a blank page, full of space for excellence, new experiences, new goals, new accomplishments and yes, even new defeat. The point is...it's new. It's
uncharted and it's mine.
With that being said, I've listed a few things that I'd love to see happen with this new year. Not new year resolutions (so it's not too late to actually post these as it is definitely nine days after the new year), as promises are so easily broken. But new opportunities...
