Something new? Why yes! Let's!

If you know me in real life, you'll know that I'm a bit of a music freak. My family is highly musical and my eclectic taste definitely branches from my parents exposing me to music at a very age. Keeping things short and non-biographical, I love music. Which is why I thought that starting to post music or artist that I'm into was a seriously good idea. Trust me, I've got great taste (smile).

I'm often asked why my standards for men are set so high. Well, it's because I have a Daddy, brothers, uncles, and even a grandfather who have set an excellent example for me. They not only taught me how I was supposed to be treated, they SHOWED me as well. They've modeled the way since I was a young girl. From opening doors, to pulling out chairs, taking care of the bill even when I insisted on paying myself, being emotionally available for me, and being my comfort in times of need. Always being courteous and complete gentlemen. I mean honestly, would you settle for anything less after receiving that kind of treatment? ....yeah, me neither. And I'm teaching my nieces to have the same standards. And teaching my nephew how to meet them.
